Counselling with the Soul in Mind

I offer a safe confidential space for you to speak your truth and be seen for who you are.

Using my knowledge and life experience, I support you to gently discover and begin to awaken your full sacred potential. Together we will explore strands of yourself that you have lost along the way and how these can be reclaimed. I will help you to get in touch with your core within and find the stillness to hear the calling of your soul.

Sometimes we get lost in life and I offer you a space where you can begin to honour yourself, while journeying towards becoming more in touch with your authentic self.

As humans we are part of nature and a great way to experience this interconnectedness is by having “walk and talk” sessions, in which we walk side by side and may find places to sit down. Nature can give comfort to our hearts and souls, connect us with our companion species and the land we live on.

I offer an integrative approach to counselling, where I draw on systemic, transpersonal and eco-psychology perspectives. I’m particularly passionate about supporting people through life transitions.  More about counselling.

Green Space Coaching

You will be encouraged to be curious about yourself.

An opportunity to explore who you are as a person and what you want from life, based on discovering and living from your values. Bringing greater awareness to your life and what's important to you. You are encouraged to be curious, to explore what it's like to be human today and to find your direction going forth.

My style of coaching is integrative and in particular I draw on the approaches of positive psychology, mindfulness and eco-psychology. I support you to move towards positive mood, confidence, decision-making, greater resilience, purpose, inspiration and life-satisfaction while you are being firmly grounded in your values.

Being in nature can help lessen stress, connect us to our hearts and open our minds. “Walk and Talk” coaching sessions can be very rewarding. Simply by walking, touching the earth and connection with companion species, you can open up in a different way, think more creatively, explore feeling part of a greater interconnected world and your place in it. Hypnotherapy with the Soul in Mind

Hypnosis is a safe natural state of focused awareness and hypnotherapy concentrates on our ability to go inside ourselves for the purpose of deep relaxation and healing.

I trained as a hypnotherapist after having been inspired for many years by the power of language, visualisation and guided journeys. I work with visualisation, journeying and relaxation techniques in a creative and holistic way, to help you bring greater awareness to your life and discover what’s important to you. Together we look into areas you would like to heal and ways to bring changes that are in line with your values. I aim to support you to explore yourself on a deeper level, discover and promote aspects that allow you to thrive.

I offer a safe confidential space for you to discover and transform patterns within you that cause challenges and prevent you from flourishing. You will be made welcome, guided with heartfelt compassion and seen for who you really are.
