How I work
and fees

Positive Psychology can be described as the science of happiness and well-being. Instead of drawing on a "disease model" as traditional psychology does, positive psychology focuses on factors that enable people to feel good and flourish using their natural strengths to bring out the best in themselves.

My focus is on supporting people to create deep and lasting changes that enable them to transform their relationship with themselves and the living Earth. I use my intuition to support clients on their journey of discovery and my work is based on finding our true authentic nature, being curious about who we are and discovering meaningful ways of going forward. The focus is on developing greater happiness, wisdom, creativity, and personal strengths, as well as exploring what makes life worth living and achieving greater well being.

I come from the perspective that the world is out of balance because we are out of balance. As we create harmony and balance within ourselves this creates a positive ripple effect.

I have a strong commitment to continual professional development and this is reflected in my work.

I usually see people for an hour a week, sometimes fortnightly. The length of the therapy depends on the individual and their needs. This is always negotiated by the client and myself as we proceed.

Fees

I currently charge £35 per hourly session and £90 for en eight-week evening course.
